These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you (the "User") and the developer of the Trimmi mobile application ("Trimmi", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Trimmi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Trimmi on any Apple-branded device that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Monthly and Yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
If you start a subscription with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your Apple ID will be charged the full subscription price. Each Apple ID is eligible for one free trial per subscription group, per Apple policy.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your device, or from within Trimmi via the Restore / Manage Subscription buttons. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are final and processed by Apple. Refunds, where permitted, must be requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly process payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Trimmi allows you to delete or modify photos and videos in your Photos library. You are solely responsible for your decisions about what to delete or compress. We strongly recommend maintaining a backup (e.g. iCloud Photos or another service) before removing content. Deletions made through Trimmi are subject to the standard iOS "Recently Deleted" album recovery period.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PHOTOS, VIDEOS, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you; Apple will have no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately, and you must uninstall the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Almaty, Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
